How to File a Claim
- To begin filing a claim, you must enter your certificate or sales invoice number or last and first name, and your zip code.
- Upon completion of the claim information page and questionnaire, our claims underwriters will validate the service plan then determine if your service request is covered under your service plan.
- If your service request is listed on your service plan as a covered defect, a work order will be sent to an authorized servicer in your area. The servicer will contact you to set up an appointment for inspection.
